Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Please note that processing and delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- High order volume
- Other unforeseen shipping issues
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. There will not be refunds for carrier delays, please order ahead of time.
Extreme Temperature Disclaimer
Because our products are handmade and a natural wax, they may be sensitive to extreme hot and cold temperatures during shipping and delivery.
During warmer months & very cold seasons, we strongly recommend:
- Tracking your package closely
- Bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery
- Unpacking your items immediately to avoid excess heat exposure.
- Letting the candle reach room temperature before burning.
We are not responsible for melting, softening, freezing or cosmetic changes caused by the extreme temperatures during transit or after delivery.

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
