Candle & Wax Product Safety

Customers are responsible for following all provided candle care and safety instructions. Improper use may result in damage, injury, or fire hazards.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

Candles should never be left unattended while burning and should be used on a solid surface. Vessels should not be handled while burning until after the wax has hardened.
Products should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials
Wax products may react to heat and temperature changes and should burn for no longer than 4 hours.
Candles no longer should be burned when there is less than 0.5 inches of wax remaining.

The Detail Collective is not liable for misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Shipping & Heat Disclaimer

Due to the nature of wax-based and handmade products, items may soften, melt, or experience cosmetic changes during shipping in various temperatures. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and bring packages indoors immediately upon delivery.

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat or freezing exposure after shipment.
